Job summary

Good Samaritan Society, International Falls, MN, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our care team. You will assess residents, plan therapy, and document progress to help mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities.

This full-time, day-shift role serves post-acute, long-term care, and home health settings within Sanford Health’s rural network. You’ll educate families on home exercises and collaborate with physicians, case managers, and support staff to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state of practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
• When applicable, may require valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and delivers physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover mobility, relieve pain, increase strength and prevent deformities.
• Conducts examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.
• Educates clients/patients/residents and their families about treatment plans and home self-exercises.
