Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Documents evaluation and progress per guidelines.
• Educates patients and families on treatment plans and at-home exercises.
• Maintains compliance with departmental and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors progress and adjusts treatment as needed.
• Adheres to safety procedures throughout therapy sessions.
