You will educate patients and families and supervise care provided by the team.

The position requires a Physical Therapy license and a Bachelor's degree, with Master’s or Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Required).
• Advanced degrees (Master's/Doctorate) preferred.
• PT license required and current licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and caregivers with age-appropriate information.
• Supervise and collaborate with team members to ensure quality care.
• Maintain formal care plans addressing individual patient needs.
