Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Seattle is seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist to advance patient care and professional growth within a collaborative clinical setting.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, craft evidence-based treatment plans, and maintain meticulous EMR documentation. Our package includes a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, in-house residency-style development, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $93,136 - $133,600 / year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available in select locations!
