Job summary

Green Oaks Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You’ll deliver evidence-based, orthopedic care, start with mentorship, and grow toward leadership roles.

Base salary ranges from $78,000 to $95,000 yearly, with a monthly productivity bonus up to $1,300 and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Relocation assistance is available as you begin a rewarding career with us. New graduates welcome through a structured mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply—our mentorship program helps you transition into practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs to restore function.
• Educate patients throughout their recovery to prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and evidence-based practice.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and help them return to activities they love.
