Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review referrals and medical records to determine required therapy.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care by assistants and rehab technicians.
• Develop a written plan of care and goals, and a comprehensive program.
• Implement PT treatments and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including notes and reports.
