Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized, evidence-based plans.
• Build trusted relationships through meaningful one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM and mentor teammates.
