Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through one-on-one care.
• Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a team environment.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for long-term outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
• Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
• Mentor and support students or teammates when appropriate.
