Peak Performance Sports and Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinician-led team in New Bern, NC. We emphasize patient-first care, supportive mentorship, and ongoing professional growth within a collaborative clinic.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required or eligible to obtain licensure in North Carolina.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to thrive in a clinician-led, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with individualized plans of care.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with PTAs, staff, and clinic leadership to deliver quality care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments for optimal outcomes.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to clinical leadership initiatives.
