Qualifications

• Must have a Physical Therapy license or eligible for licensure in IA or NE.
• Iowa licensure preferred; licensure support offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, personalized care to an active caseload.
• Evaluate and treat work-related injuries with functional capacity focus.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, employers, and healthcare team.
• Demonstrate independent clinical decision-making in complex cases.
