Job summary

Rock Valley Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to rotate across our clinics in the Western Illinois/Central Iowa region. You will deliver high-quality, individualized care that supports patients’ strength, mobility, pain management, and overall quality of life.

You will work with a diverse patient population, collaborating with experienced practitioners in a positive, upbeat workplace, and contributing to a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy Assistant license required (PTA) and eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Rotate among Rock Valley locations per regional needs.

• Rotate among Rock Valley locations; your assignment will be determined by regional needs (such as patient care demands or maternity leave coverage) and will incorporate your input.
• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, pain management, function, and overall quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals and community partners.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented clinical environment.
