Job summary

Arete Health LLC in Clinton, MD, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join ProFlex Physical Therapy as an onsite clinician. You will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based practices, develop individualized plans, and help patients return to activities that matter.

You will work with a collaborative outpatient team, receive clinical mentorship and professional development resources, and have opportunities to grow your clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals, progress, and functional needs
• Build strong relationships with patients and help them take an active role in their recovery
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to provide a consistent, positive patient experience
• Participate in team collaboration, clinical mentorship, and ongoing professional development
