Job summary

Arete Health LLC in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist to join ProFlex Physical Therapy, Hamaker Clinic, onsite. You will evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions, develop individualized plans, and work within a collaborative outpatient team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to individualized, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals, progress, and functional needs.
• Build strong relationships with patients and help them take an active role in their recovery.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to provide a consistent, positive patient experience.
• Participate in team collaboration, clinical mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
