Job summary

Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise (CPTE) in Manchester, NH is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will assess patients, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function, helping people return to the activities they love.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, endurance, and function.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and other skilled interventions as appropriate.
• Monitor progress and modify plans to optimize outcomes and goal achievement.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies.
• Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, athletic trainers, staff and providers to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship and education opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with patients and colleagues to support a positive clinic culture.
