Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with a diverse patient population and ages.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in providing direct patient care per treatment plan.
• Assist patients with walking, transferring, and dressing as needed.
• Document patient care in EMR.
• Create fitness and wellness programs to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.
• Collaborate with other staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
