Job summary

CPTE Nashua, a PT-owned outpatient clinic in Southern New Hampshire, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a collaborative team. You'll evaluate and treat an orthopedic outpatient population, with mentorship and growth opportunities in a supportive setting.

This full-time role emphasizes evidence-based care, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education, with strong documentation and teamwork across therapists, assistants, and staff.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license in good standing (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance and function.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education and other skilled interventions.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Prompt and other clinical technologies.
• Collaborate with therapists, assistants, athletic trainers, front office staff, referral sources and providers.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through mentorship and collaboration.
• Build meaningful relationships to support a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
