Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Vallejo seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will provide exceptional rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program; CPR certification as required by state.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; independent and team work.
• Proficient in documentation and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
