Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its family of brands is seeking to recruit a Physical Therapist in Tracy, CA. You will provide exceptional rehabilitation services to patients, helping regain mobility and manage pain within a collaborative, tech-enabled clinic.

You will work with interdisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, stay current with PT techniques, and participate in mentorship and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulations as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Create personalized treatment plans and execute therapies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and prevention.
• Delegate tasks where appropriate and participate in team care.
