PHOENIX PHYSICAL THERAPY is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist at Messiah College Mechanicsburg, PA, to restore function and improve movement through individualized therapy plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and supervise PT assistants and rehab staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualified candidates hold a PT degree and license, with CPR certification, and demonstrate strong evaluation, planning, and patient education skills in a dynamic outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapy license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Competency in PT evaluation, assessment, care planning and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to collect medical history and evaluate current physical ability.
• Develop rehabilitative treatment programs to maximize function or reduce pain.
• Coordinate care across an interdisciplinary team of providers.
• Re-evaluate patient status and modify care plans as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and quality initiatives.
