Infinity Rehab is seeking a passionate physical therapist to deliver therapy to adults at Knife River Care Center in Beulah, North Dakota. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, program implementation, documentation, and communication under physicians’ orders.

New grads are welcome and mentorship will be provided to help you grow as a therapist. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy and a valid state license.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy required or higher.
• State license to practice physical therapy.
• New graduates welcome with mentorship program.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and direct physical therapy services to residents.
• Perform assessment, treatment planning and implementation.
• Complete related documentation and charting.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team for patient programs.
• Communicate progress and adapt plans as needed.
