Confluent Health, LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join ProActive Physical Therapy in Oro Valley, AZ. You will apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and develop evidence-based plans of care, delivering therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.

The position offers compensation of $86,000-$105,000 per year, a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000, a weekly bonus based on patient volume, generous PTO and a 401(k) with a 4%

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice or ability to obtain licensure.
• Evidence-based, patient-centered care mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction through history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based care plans reflecting patient goals.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach as needed.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery journey.
