GSMA Industry Services in California is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to residents. The role focuses on mobility, strength, balance, and independence for improved safety and quality of life.

We offer on-site positions (full-time, part-time, PRN, per diem) with a competitive pay rate of $65–$70 per hour and a $4,000 hiring/retention bonus for full-time staff. New graduates are welcome; CA license and PDPM knowledge are valued.

Qualificações

• Active California PT license in good standing.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors/Master/Doctorate).
• New graduates welcome; experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, and skilled nursing facility regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered, high-quality care.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional outcomes.
• Document resident progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and physicians.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and therapy aides, as applicable.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and contribute to departmental performance.
