Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy in Helena, MT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapist-owned outpatient practice. You’ll deliver 40-minute sessions, manage a varied caseload across ortho, neuro, sports, and vestibular care, and grow within a mentorship-driven environment.

We offer a clear career path toward leadership or ownership, a generous compensation package with a base salary of $80,000 to $111,200, sign-on bonuses, CE funds, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Montana PT license or eligibility.
• All experience levels encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills for patient interactions.
• Interest in leading roles down the line.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Hands-on interventions through manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Teaching patients about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention.
• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
• Documenting in line with HIPAA and state/federal rules, using AI tools to reduce paperwork.
