Summary

We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join our team in Senior Living.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential, identify needs, establish individualized treatment plans, and set goals.
  • Set initial short-term and long-term goals.
  • Utilize equipment safely, maintain inspection and maintenance logs, and report broken equipment.
  • Follow medical regimens and adhere to precautions.
  • Use safe treatment techniques such as transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
  • Complete discharge summaries on final visits.
Education and Experience
  • Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
