Liberty Health in Burlington, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join Liberty Commons of Alamance County. The role involves providing individualized rehabilitation within a SNF setting and coordinating care with patients and families.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement progressive treatment modalities and deliver in-house therapy under local management support, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state in which you will work.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.

CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.

EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
