WeCare Centers at Sycamore Care Center in Montoursville, PA is actively seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility and regain independence for daily activities. As part of our team you will plan and administer treatments, monitor progress, and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers while adhering to care plans and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid State qualifying license or certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing environment is preferred.
