Job summary
Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes in a busy clinical setting. You will perform clinical care, document goals and progress, provide leadership to support staff, and ensure compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.

Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) during shift.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
