Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
