This role requires graduation from a CAPTE-accredited program, current licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. You will work on-site and contribute to compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
