Henderson Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Renton, WA to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure optimal outcomes. You will document progress and ensure medical necessity is met throughout care.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT training, current licensure, CPR, and strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required during shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active during shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
