Management Performance Associates is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Renton, WA. You will evaluate patients, develop plans, and supervise assistants to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited PT education, current state licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication with the ability to manage time and lift 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
Current state licensure and CPR certification.
Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
