Job summary
Henderson Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Everett, WA. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements include CAPTE-accredited PT program graduation, current state licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical/problem-solving skills. Lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active during shifts are expected.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active through shift.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
