Qualifications

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
Current state licensure and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients as medically necessary.
Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress and medical necessity.
Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides.
Compliance: Adhere to state laws, OSHA standards and Medicare rules.
