KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in California. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities include documentation, leadership in delivering care, and ensuring compliance with state and Medicare regulations. A CAPTE-accredited education and active licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
