The role requires CAPTE-accredited education, state licensure, CPR certification, and strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active (standing/walking) during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
