Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring therapy.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
