Job summary
Talent With Heart in Pinole, CA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure optimal outcomes.
The role requires CAPTE-accredited education, state licensure, CPR, and strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. You will work in a collaborative team, adhere to regulations, and support ongoing patient care with documentation and leadership
Qualifications
- Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and stay active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
- Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
- Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
- Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
