RRC Solutions Group in Everett, WA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality clinical services and lead a team of assistants. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include documentation, supervision of aides, and adherence to state laws and Medicare regulations; relocation and sign-on incentives are offered along with education reimbursement and work sponsorships.

Formación

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients; deliver clinical care as medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
