Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Everett, WA seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include documentation, leadership in care delivery, and compliance with state acts, OSHA, and Medicare rules. Relocation support, sign-on bonuses, and education reimbursement are available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
