LRSolutions, LLC seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes in our Renton, WA facility.

The position offers relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, continuing education reimbursement, and full benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Formación

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active (standing/walking) throughout the shift.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Care: Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Leadership: Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Compliance: Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
