Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership, and compliance with state statutes and regulatory standards. Eligible candidates hold CAPTE accreditation, state licensure, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Licensure in the state and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
