Job summary

Firefly Pediatric Center, LLC is seeking a pediatric physical therapist to join our team in Oklahoma. The role includes mentoring a team of therapists, leading team meetings, and collaborating with physicians to develop comprehensive care plans for children and young adults aged 0-21.

You will conduct performance reviews, address staff issues, and deliver hands-on therapy in aquatic and traditional settings while educating families on movement and prevention.

Qualifications

• Must have a current license to practice Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and patient demeanor.
• Willingness to work in a team-based environment.
