Job Summary: The Physical Therapist utilizes a comprehensive evaluation based on accepted professional standards to assess patient needs and function status, devises and implements appropriate treatment plans to promote the highest level of patient self-sufficiency, regularly re-assesses the efficacy of treatment plans, provides appropriate education to patients and their families, and progresses patients toward goals and outcomes that reflect improved independence.
