Job summary

Geisinger in Pennsylvania is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to render evaluations, select treatment procedures, and apply techniques tailored to patients of all ages. You will assess and care for diverse patient needs in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include conducting PT evaluations, setting measurable goals, implementing treatment plans, discharging when appropriate, documenting patient care, and ensuring safety. Requires Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and PA licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree-Physical Therapy (Required).
• Licensed Physical Therapist (Pennsylvania).
• Basic Life Support Certification within 30 days - Default Issuing Body.
