What you’ll do:

• Evaluate patients, plan and implement effective Physical Therapy programs based on physical assessments, clinical judgment, and psychological sensitivity for inpatients and outpatients with diverse diagnoses.
• Provide patient education, consultation, discharge planning, and supervise/delegate care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians.

What you’ll need for this job:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; Master's preferred
• Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Pay Range: $35.89 - $62.91 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within this range but may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification, and peer comparisons.
