We are looking to add another dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team! At VHC Health, therapists rotate through different units every 3 months, allowing treatment of diverse patient populations including orthopedic, oncology, cardiac, medical/surgical, neurology, ICU, and trauma cases. Our department offers opportunities to focus on specialties through the VHC Therapist Residence Program, supported by a comprehensive onboarding and mentorship program. Our team values collaboration and active involvement in care coordination, contributing to hospital-wide initiatives such as safe mobility, delirium prevention, wound prevention, and improved outcomes for trauma, post-operative, and stroke patients.
