Asante seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver physical therapy services across patient populations, collaborating with the rehab team to optimize independent function. Licensure in Oregon or PTCP is required on start; temporary licensure accepted with permanent licensure within 90 days. BLS for Healthcare Providers is also required.

Salary Range: $45.26 and up, depending on experience
The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to a wide variety of patients and works closely with others on the rehabilitation team and in other departments with the goal of providing patients and clients with quality, cost-effective services aimed at optimizing independent function. Also provides weekend and holiday work as assigned. Hours of work may vary according to patient care needs. Individuals may be assigned permanently, temporarily, or simultaneously to more than one worksite where specific job requirements are described. For this reason, therapists are expected to be generalists able to provide at least basic assessment to all referred patients
We are looking for individuals who thrive in a positive, team-oriented work environment, and who want to practice their craft in a supportive, development-oriented workplace – and who are comfortable working in intensive care, general medical and surgical units. Therapists must be flexible as to assignments and weekend rotations and may be asked to cover other worksites.
