Job summary

Asante seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver physical therapy services across patient populations, collaborating with the rehab team to optimize independent function. Weekend/holiday shifts and variable hours may be required. Therapists may be assigned to multiple worksites with adaptable duties to meet patient needs.

Licensure in Oregon or PTCP is required on start; temporary licensure accepted with permanent licensure within 90 days. BLS for Healthcare Providers is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• None required outside licensure.
• PT license in Oregon or PTCP required upon start; temporary license accepted for new hires awaiting permanent license; permanent license within 90 days.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Provider required upon start.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services to a wide variety of patients and collaborates with the rehabilitation team.
• Weekend and holiday work may be assigned; hours may vary according to patient care needs.
• Therapists may be assigned to more than one worksite and must be flexible with assignments and weekend rotations.
