Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled Industrial Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our Stratford outpatient team. You will evaluate, treat, and prevent work-related injuries in an aircraft manufacturing setting with safety-critical demands.

The ideal candidate has experience in occupational health, ergonomics, and return-to-work programs; training is provided. A current PT license or eligibility is required, with CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program.
• Current State PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat employees with musculoskeletal and work-related injuries
• Develop rehab and return-to-work plans for job-specific demands
• Perform ergonomic assessments and work conditioning programs
• Educate employees on body mechanics and injury prevention
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment for safe return to work

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Industrial Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our team in an aircraft manufacturing environment. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and preventing work-related injuries among employees in a physically demanding, safety-critical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational health, ergonomics, and return-to-work programs, with a strong understanding of industrial job demands. While experience is a plus, it is not required. We offer training for the right candidate.
