Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Avon, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary of $85k–$100k depending on experience, plus incentives including a sign-on bonus up to $10k and student debt repayment.

Join a well-established clinic with mentorship from a team of 2 PTs and 2 OTs; the program supports ortho, neuro, vestibular and more, with a strong focus on patient-centered care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

Our Avon Ensign location is a well established clinic providing both physical therapy and hand therapy in the Farmington Valley. The office works closely with a nearby orthopedic group and sees a wide variety of patients. Our staff have years of experience and we are looking for a new member of our physical therapy team.

2 PT and 2 OT on staff for excellent mentorship! We offer ortho, neuro, vestibular, concussion rehab, sports medicine, dry needling, fall prevention, hand therapy and MUCH MUCH more!
